COVID Protocol

I am a regular visitor to folks who are elderly and/or have auto-immune disorders and I value the well-being of everyone. For the safety of all my clients I wear a mask upon entering the home or facility. I also require all clients to wear a mask while laying face up on the massage table, regardless if you have been vaccinated. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment without penalty. I appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that a client may not always be able to keep their appointment and I kindly ask that they cancel or reschedule with me as soon as possible. If the appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice, a late cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If a massage is scheduled with less that 24 hours before the appointment, the client will no longer have the option to cancel without being charged.  Please call or text me directly at 210-803-1919 to cancel.

Late Start Policy

A client may experience unforeseen events which may prevent a service from starting on time, such as an urgent phone call or the arrival of unexpected guests. If I arrive on time but the service starts late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments remaining for the day. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given due to a late start, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the service.

No Show Policy

If the client does not show for the scheduled appointment they will be charged the full price of the service.

Massage Therapist Cancellation

I hold myself to a high standard of professionalism, however, I do not have anyone to fill my position in the event of an emergency. If I must cancel your appointment at any time, a 10% discount will be applied to your rescheduled service or a 25% discount will be applied to rescheduled services that were cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice. In the event that I start late, I will still provide the entire length of the service (if your availability permits) along with a discount reflecting the amount of time lost. For example, if I start 10 minutes late for a 60 minute service a 16% discount will be given. If I am a no-show and/or unable to inform the client of my absence, a 100% discount will be provided for the rescheduled service. I appreciate your understanding.
