Upon arrival, I will set up the massage table in your desired 5’x8’ space. Relaxing music will be provided. We will take a few minutes to go over your health intake form and discuss the details of what your expectations are for the service (preferred pressure, focus areas, etc.). I will step away to allow you to undress and will begin the massage once you are under the covers on the massage table. Rest assured, you will be firmly draped throughout the massage, only exposing the areas being worked. At any time during the massage, please let me know if you would like me to adjust pressure or if you are feeling discomfort. I equally appreciate if you express when you are enjoying a technique I am using. After your session, I will leave the area for you to redress. Before I pack up to leave, I would love to go over how you feel after your service and hear any suggestions you may have for future services.
